Trust Meetings

Trustees meet regularly, usually six times a year – or more if the Board of Directors wishes to consult on specific matters.

The Board itself formally briefs Trustees every quarter to ensure Trustees are:

• kept abreast of industry developments
• maintain a good working knowledge of the company’s performance, and
• can discuss specific matters with Directors
• able to discuss progress with the Board’s Strategic Plan
