Annual Reports

The Trust prepares an Annual Report and organises an annual meeting for beneficiaries who have the opportunity to question Trustees about Electra’s performance or raise general matters of concern.

The annual meetings are also attended by the Chairman and Board or Directors who, at the invitation of the Trust, present a review of the Company’s performance for the year and set out the challenges and opportunities it deals with.
